About Verge

Workforce Development Solutions

IT’S MORE THAN JUST ABOUT FINDING A JOB.

Instead, we inspire, empower, and connect people with long-lasting careers.

After decades of work in the job placement field, our team of experienced workplace development professionals knows that typical job agencies are simply not positioning their clients for long-term growth and success.

Guided by unique, proven workforce development programming, Verge partners with hundreds of individuals to achieve long-term success by:

  • Inspiring individuals seeking employment to look at the world and themselves differently;
  • Empowering individuals to create their own, personal path to success; and,
  • Connecting clients to the right career for long-term success.

For nearly 15 years, our team of workforce development professionals has placed more than 4,000 individuals into gainful employment in diverse fields. We believe that everyone can find employment that works for them, and our clients range from young people seeking their first summer job to older workers attempting to re-enter a changing work environment.
